I wanted to put in a big thankyou to your staff for helping us out on the weekend. Unfortunately our dock was badly damaged in the wind storm last week. As the water continued to rise, I was getting worried about our boat on the lift. Although quite high off the water, I was concerned that I might lose power to the dock and the boat would get stranded. I called Rayburns Marine on Saturday morning and spoke to Steve. Although you guys were busy and short staffed on a Saturday, he was able to make arrangements for one of your trucks and trailer to meet me at the downtown boat launch and got our boat off the water. It was a big reief, and like I said, we wanted to thank all of them, and make sure you were aware of their efforts.

This was my first experience with the staff at Rayburns service department. Right from my first phone call, it was the most positive experience I have ever had with a boat servicing department. Craig was able to answer all my questions via email through constant communication and responding with picture requests. I was considering this purchase from Calgary without a first hand visual myself so had to put some trust in them. I purchased a 2002 Chaparral285ssi from Rayburn's Marine this past August , I dealt with Craig MacCloud The whole experience was trouble free and pleasant . Rayburn's staff from sales to financing to the technicians was done in a courteous professional manner . Craig and the staff made it too easy for me . I live in Ontario and purchasing a boat from B.C. , can be a bit overwhelming . A lot can be said about the way business is done when purchasing a boat including the survey, and insurance in the province of British Columbia , Ontario can learn a few things . I am a very difficult customer when it comes to dealing with any retail outlet as I expect the very best in price, product and especially in how I am treated by all the employees. Just a quick note to thank you for the awesome service we received, and continue to receive from you and Rayburn's when we purchased our NXT20. The whole process from when we first met with you right through to our final purchase and scheduled maintenance has been nothing but excellent. Our family bought a Cobalt 246 from Rayburns and it was a great experience. The sales guys were awesome and helped us out with a test drive even though I didn't have too much experienced with a boat of this size. It was a good decision and brings the extended family together many times in the summer for a day on the lake. Nothing better on a hot summer day!
